TY999 Terms and Conditions

01 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use TY999, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TY999 does not permit access to users under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts or registrations made on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. False information provided at registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active TY999 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and associated balances may be voided.
• You confirm that you are using TY999 of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.

Verification

TY999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or verification of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction of deposits, withdrawals or full account access.

Account verification is also a precondition for processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when they wish to withdraw winnings.

02 Account Responsibilities

As a registered TY999 member, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and communications sent through your account.

• Your login password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any third party. TY999 support will never ask you for your password.
• If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact TY999 support immediately. You remain responsible for account activity until such time as TY999 has been notified and security measures have been applied.
• You must not allow any other person to use your TY999 account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Your account balance is held in PKR and reflects real money deposited and/or bonus credits applied in accordance with applicable promotion terms. Account balances do not accrue interest.
• TY999 accounts are not bank accounts and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on TY999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following payment methods:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit within your account.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where reasonably possible, with associated account activity subject to review.
• TY999 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are added to your real money balance and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion. Real money deposits are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification being complete.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• TY999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and not an indication of any wrongdoing.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

TY999 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, sports cashback, free spins, accumulator boosts and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in that promotion's specific terms. Standard wagering requirements indicate the total amount you must wager (not win) before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible account unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts is not permitted.
• Bonuses may be valid only on specific game categories (for example, slots only, or sports betting only). Using a bonus on an ineligible category may result in the bonus being voided.
• TY999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus funds already credited and in the process of being wagered will be honoured at the time of any change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other manipulation of promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

PSL & Cricket Promotions

During the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season and major international cricket tournaments, TY999 runs dedicated cricket promotions including enhanced odds, match-day deposit bonuses and accumulator boosts on qualifying fixtures. These promotions are time-limited and available only for the stated match windows. Full details are published on the Promotions page as they become active.

05 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on TY999, including cricket, PSL matches, T20 international fixtures, football, esports and all other available sports markets.

Bet Placement

• Bets are confirmed at the point of placement and cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted by the system, except where a specific cash-out option is available for that market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and will be displayed at the point of bet placement.
• TY999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual player on specific markets at its discretion, including as a responsible gaming measure.

Settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute about the result, TY999 will refer to the official governing body's decision as final.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned, interrupted by weather or reduced in overs, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable, or the match may be voided if no official result is declared.
• Voided bets have their stake returned to the player's real money balance.
• In the event of a clear pricing error on a market (an obvious technical mistake resulting in incorrect odds), TY999 reserves the right to void bets placed on that market and return stakes. This is applied only in cases of genuine error, not unfavourable odds movements.

Accumulators

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections, with the return of each selection rolled into the next. If any single selection in an accumulator is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues as if that selection were not included. The accumulator boost promotion requires a minimum number of legs and a minimum individual odds threshold per leg, as stated in the current promotion terms.

06 Games & Fair Play

TY999 offers a range of game categories including slot games, fish games and bingo. The following rules apply across all game categories on the platform.

Game Availability

• Game availability may vary and TY999 reserves the right to add, remove or temporarily suspend any game title without prior notice. This may occur due to provider maintenance, technical issues or content updates.
• Games are provided by third-party software providers. Each game operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) rate, which reflects the theoretical long-term payout percentage of that title.
• TY999 does not manipulate game outcomes. All slot games, fish games and bingo outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers.

Slot Games

Slot games on TY999 are governed by the individual game rules published within each title. Free spin bonuses triggered within a game (as opposed to free spins awarded by a TY999 promotion) are subject to the base game rules of that slot, including any applicable maximum win cap set by the provider.

Fish Games

Fish games operate on a shared multiplayer environment. Players select their stake level and fire at targets to earn prize multipliers. The hit probability and prize values for each target type are determined by the game provider's RNG system. Fish game sessions cannot be paused mid-round.

Bingo

Bingo rooms on TY999 run scheduled sessions at fixed times. Tickets must be purchased before the session begins. Late entry after the first ball draw is not permitted. Prizes are distributed according to the prize structure displayed for each session prior to purchase. In the event of a technical failure mid-session, TY999 will either resume the session from the point of failure or void and refund all ticket purchases for that session.

07 Responsible Gaming

TY999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control of their time and budget.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a cooling-off period for increases.
• Session Reminders: You can set time-based session reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can request a temporary break from the platform — typically 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — during which your account will be inaccessible for wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year or longer. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account is locked for the full duration.

Gaming should always be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a way to generate income, recover losses or relieve financial pressure. TY999 does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are already in your account balance. Chasing losses is a recognised warning sign of problem gambling — if you notice yourself increasing stakes after a losing run, take a break.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on TY999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one TY999 account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using false, stolen or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Any form of bonus abuse including coordinated multi-account bonus farming, arbitrage wagering designed to guarantee outcomes across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Collusion in multiplayer game formats, including coordinating with other players to manipulate bingo sessions or fish game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or participate in games.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, pricing errors or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using TY999 to process funds of illicit origin. All suspicious transactions are subject to reporting obligations.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at TY999 staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

09 Suspension & Closure

Suspension by TY999

TY999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive behaviour on the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Chargebacks initiated against TY999 without prior resolution through support channels.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may have administrative fees applied in accordance with the fee schedule published in your account settings.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (for example, at TY999's business discretion), any withdrawable real money balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method.

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your TY999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled normally and any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method. Voluntary closure requests made during an active self-exclusion period cannot be processed until the exclusion period ends.

10 Limitation of Liability

TY999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, TY999 cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• TY999 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• TY999 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• In no circumstances will TY999's liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• TY999 does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

TY999 collects and processes personal data in order to operate player accounts, process payments, verify identity and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the TY999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to TY999 processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that TY999 may be required to share data with third parties in certain circumstances, including payment processors, identity verification providers and relevant authorities in response to lawful requests.

TY999 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Changes to These Terms

TY999 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or via an in-platform notification. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the TY999 platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any withdrawable balance.
